Problem

 No liquids, such as oils or cooling fluids, are displayed in the offers.


 Solution

 If no liquids are displayed, they must first be activated in the settings.

      
  1. Go to Settings -> Service -> Service Parts.

2. The part numbers must be entered in the respective fields for the corresponding liquids.

                             

3. After that you can download the prices to the part numbers from the DMS via the button "import prices". Please make sure that the entered number matches to the part number used in DMS. 

If you use parts which are not registrated in DMS, you can enter description, purchase and selling price manually.

 

4. To activate the fluids, press the red dot in front of the part number to make it green.

                                  

5. Having press the "Update" buttom at the buttom the liquids are displayed in the offers.
