After having logged on to the program you will reach the page "News & Updates".

Here you will find the latest news and information about major changes in the program.
In addition, you will see on the right here whether everything is OK with the program.


Please use the head runner, which is displayed all the time, to navigate between the different features of the program:


The left part of the runner shows the different main modules you can access. If you want to have further information about the particular modules, please follow the link to the explanations of the respective module.

     

By clicking the button "MPO" in the left upper corner of the page, you will be forwarded to the current activities which can be selected through the rider "Dashboard" > "Current" as well.

 

The module "Dashboard" offers a general overview of the major information. It is split up into the areas "News & Updates", "Current activities", "Due potentials" and "Support Note".

 

The module "Appointments" gives an overview of the dates of the saved activities and potentials.

The module "Service Advisor" presents all the available information like potentials, service intervals, checklists and so on of a selected vehicle.

 

The module "Accessories" contains all the accessory items of the respective vehicle model. If you want to make an offer for an accessory item, please open this module.

   

The module "Service" contains all the service operations and gives you the possibility to create offers to those.

The module  "Explanation Tool" shows you some illustrations and explanations which could be useful for service operations and the installation of accessories items. Using the baseboard below you can navigate between the different areas (maintenance, security, tires, ...).


On the right side of the head runner you can find four more symbols for the general administration of the program:

This button conduces to the user administration. By moving the mouse arrow over this button or by clicking the button, you can see the actual user and his user number.

By clicking the button you can choose between some more features:

If your user account gives access to several dealers, you can change dealer using this dropdown menu.
The second dropdown menu serves to set the language.

In the menu "User account" you can see and modify the information referring to the use of the program. The dealer details can be administrated at "settings"  > "General" > "Master data".

 By clicking this button you can see and modify the settings of the program. For further information please consult the first steps of configuration.
 

The button "Help" directs you immediatley to the homepage of this online manual.

By clicking on the bug you can report an error to the developers of this program. Please ensure that the defective page is open while clicking on the button "Report an error" as a screenshot is attached to the bug report.

 

Using this button you can download the TeamViewer which enables the staff of CPL support to access directly your user interface. Having opened the Teamviewer, please tell the staff the displayed ID-number as well as the password.

This button can be used to show the date of the last update as well as the current version of the program.

By clicking the "Sign out" button you will log out. You will be forwarded directly to the login page where you or another user can log in again.

By clicking this symbol you will open the search window. Using the respective tab you can search for vehicles, offers, prices or packages.

 By clicking on the bug you can report an error to the developers of this program. Pleasure ensure that the defective page is open while clicking the button "Report an error" as a screenshot is attached to the bug report.

Overviews

Having clicked on the button "Offers" you can search for saved offers by entering offer number, order number, customer's name, number plate or vehicle identification number. The offer number is used internally by MPO whereas the order number is assigned by DMS.

Using the button "Customers" you can search for customers. The yellow button on the right side enables you to add a new customer within MPO. Please note that these customer data is not transmitted to DMS! Customer profiles generated this way are allocated to customer number "#0". You can make offers for those customers, but for concluding an order you have to create a customer profile on DMS.

 

The "Trash" shows the deleted offers. Please enter the customer's name, the number plate, the vehicle identification number or the period of time in order to filter the choice of offers.
You can choose between (offers locked for editing) and(offers open for editing).

Click the button "Delete" in a row to delete the respective offer finally from the program.

Click the button "Retrieve" to undo the deletion of the respective offer.

Additional Modules

The module "Statistics" gives you a detailed summary of given offers, accepted orders and the amount of profit. By selecting the tab "Usage" you can also trace the activity of the particular users concerning this program. You can find further information on this module on Statistics.

The module "Fixed Prices" offers you the possibility to calculate and to define individual fixed prices for certain vehicle clusters. For further explanation please consult the module Fixed Prices.

In the module "Checklists Editor" you will find several checklists at your disposal. It is possible to modify the default checklists as well as to create new ones. If you need more advice for usage, please consult the module Checklists Editor.

The module  "Explanation Tool" shows you some illustrations and explanations which could be useful for service operations and the installation of accessory items. Using the baseboard below you can navigate between the different areas (maintenance, security, tires, ...). You can also reach this module by using the head runner.

The module "Pictureframe Generator" enables you to create pictures of selected accessory items. Depending on your choice the pictures contain the name, the description and the price of the item. Having generated a picture you can present it for example in an In-Store-TV or a digital frame to the customers. For further information please consult the module Pictureframe Generator.

Using the module "Price Tags" you can generate price tags for selected accessory items. Besides the name and the price of the item you can print a description and a picture on the price tag. For more information please follow Price Tags.
